Canberra Data Centres: CRM Portal
UX/UI designer and Power Pages developer on CDC's digital transformation, delivering a unified CRM system and customer portal with responsive front-end and Power Platform integration.
The Project
CDC undertook a strategic digital transformation to modernise customer engagement and internal operations. I joined mid-project as Senior UX/UI Designer and Power Pages Developer to complete and enhance the customer portal and CRM admin system.
My Role
I delivered high-fidelity UI designs and refined the user experience for new features, then built them: responsive, accessible front-end components using Power Pages, Liquid, and advanced CSS. I also built and integrated new functionality using Power Apps and Power Automate, and contributed to showcases, workshops, as-built documentation and training materials to support handover and adoption.
Why This Matters
This is another example of the design-and-build delivery model: UX design through to production code in a single consultant. The Power Platform stack (Power Pages, Liquid, Power Apps, Power Automate) is consistent with the WAEC and federal portal work, reinforcing depth in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Hard Skills
Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Liquid, advanced CSS, Figma, responsive front-end development, as-built documentation
