Lead developer on the public outages map serving 1M+ customers across 255,000+ km², the single public outage-status channel for Western Australia's entire populated south-west.
Public Transport Authority: Customer Information System Replacement
Led the winning bid, co-facilitated discovery across 13 stakeholder groups, then sole Insight consultant delivering the approved CIS Performance Framework for a system in service over 20 years.
WAEC: Online Disclosure System
Simultaneously BA, UX/UI designer and Power Apps developer. Facilitated 7 workshops with individual political parties to build Western Australia's real-time political donations disclosure system.
Federal Government Application Portal
Consolidated fragmented multi-portal digital services into a single WCAG 2.2-aligned customer portal, serving four distinct user groups under federal delivery guardrails.

Building a Virtual Blood Lab

Constable Care Road & Transport Safety School
Fabricated a miniature town with real roads, a life-size mock Transperth train, and a set of physical beacons that drive an AR experience — coordinating directly with the agency building the digital layer.
NextDC Data Centre: Illuminated Sky Signs
Estimated, designed, drafted and specified 3 large illuminated lightbox SKY signs for a Malaga data centre. Full vector shop drawings with engineering coordination through to handoff.
DC Two: Data Centre Portal & Platform Development
Built and led development of the DC Portal client platform — CMS, SPLA billing and the PDU/pod telemetry dashboards — growing from sole front-end developer into second of two technical leads.
Woodside HQ: Wayfinding & Environmental Graphics
$800k+ signage and environmental graphics contract for Woodside Energy's 29-storey global HQ, the largest contract either company had won.
Civic Christmas Displays: Wanneroo & Joondalup
Designed the streetscape layout for two councils' Christmas lighting, curated the display range, sourced and managed the European designers and suppliers, and scoped the full installation before handoff. The Wanneroo displays are permanently installed and publicly visible.
DC Modular: From PHP to a Production React Telemetry Interface
Convinced a technical audience to adopt React by building a proof of concept against real PDU telemetry, then delivered the production interface across metro and remote off-grid modular data-centre sites.
DC Two: Brand System, Marketing & the ASX Listing
Brand refresh, the full marketing and collateral system, paid and organic social, illuminated building signage, and the marketing and communications workstream through DC Two's 2020 ASX listing.
SRHS: Smart Reptile Husbandry System
IoT and AI proof of concept: a three-layer architecture (Edge, Cloud, Application) combining Azure IoT Hub, computer vision, machine learning and a React/React Native front-end to automate reptile husbandry.
